20 Reasons why Saturday sucked
Morning
I woke up on Saturday at 8:30 and was going to go to the Fall Food Drive. So the first thing I did was call David, since I signed up without him knowing. :) But… he didn’t wake up. “5 more minutes” eventually turned into 40 minutes and like 6 calls. (1) Eventually he woke up. So he came to pick me up and we were driving towards The Market. But, we got lost. And it turns that the place we made like 20 turns at and 5 circles around was it. (2) When we got there Laura was already there with the leader of the activity, Jimmy. And it turns out that there were no bins. So we just had a bucket for the donations and some people thought we were beggers or going to use the money ourselves. (3) Then Jimmy left to go make a sign to make it seem more legit. And then there were three: Laura, David, & I. Very awkward… no one talked to each other and we kinda just stood there for like an hour. (4) I called Andy because he was suppose to go too and he didnt show up. He didnt pick up, but he called me back later. We were trying to figure out what was happening later so he called David after. Laura got mad and was like “Why is he calling everyone except for me?” (5) Then he called me again and I told him to come anyway, he could still get an hour but then Laura told him not to, so he didnt. (6) So right about now, everyone kind of knew that something was wrong. I decided to leave so he drove me home. Awkward car ride… we didnt talk for the whole entire time. (7) Then right before we got to my house, he stopped at the park & wouldnt take me home unless I told him why I was upset. (8) We talked for a while and worked things out.
Afternoon
We were just chilling for a while then he got a call from Andy inviting us to his house. But then previously, Laura had invited us to her house. So I had to call both of them to figure things out. Muy complicated. (9) Andy agreed to go to Laura’s house so we went to his house first to chill then we were gonna go to Laura’s. We got there and then his xbox broke. (10) Then Restaurant City didn’t work. (11) And there was no food. (12) Later we decided to watch a movie. The movie was wack. (13) And I lost a bet on who the killer was. (14) We went to Laura’s house and things were good for a while. I lost at Monopoly to Andy!! D: (15)
Night
Then we left after our board games and drove to CGA for Halloween Haunt. When we got there we found out that our season passes didn’t work. (16) But the guys had already bought their tickets, so we went to get a refund. Luckily, we got our money back. Then we decided to go to “Andy’s Spot.” We drove like 10 miles in the opposite direction. (17) We got there and then like 20 minutes later we had to leave since Laura’s parents still thought she was at CGA.(18) We got back in time before her parents did. But they found out & she got in trouble D: (19) Then when I got home, I got in trouble cause my moms crazy. (20)
But it was fun non-the-less cause I got to spend it with special people :). Though I wouldn’t want to go throught that EVER AGAIN.
